This is Marcie’s neighborhood. She’s lived in East Bethesda for almost 25 years. It’s a great community. It’s friendly, down to earth, and incredibly close to both Bethesda and Medical Center Metros. One can walk to downtown Bethesda in moments, and neighborhood kids can walk to BCC High School. Home prices range between $700,000 and $2,000,000+.

Middle School: Westland MS
High School:  Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School

Population:  around 1,200 households
