Happy mid-January and welcome to the spring market! Yes- it starts early in these parts. For the past number of years, due to the lack of inventory, the spring market has started as early as January. Buyers who have been waiting it out over the slower holiday season are itching to make a purchase- and purchase they do. It’s a great time to be a seller.
