Cati is familiar with all parts of town and with all aspects of life in DC and the close-in Maryland suburbs. Although her focus has been on Northwest DC, she has sold houses, condos and co-ops in all four quadrants of the city as well as Montgomery County and Northern Virginia. She is committed to providing each of her clients with exactly the service that fits his or her particular personal and financial situation.

Together with her family – husband Chuck Lane who is a reporter for the Washington Post, and their three children – she moved several years ago to a home in Chevy Chase, MD. They lived in a NW DC row house for the previous 11 years, and the experience of selling and buying for themselves made Cati once more appreciate all the upheaval her clients are going through all the time!

Oops. Almost forgot. In addition to her excellent English, Cati speaks German and has a rudimentary understanding of several other languages.
