Bethesda

Bethesda, MD resides just outside the DC border to the northwest. The 2010 US census states that the population is 90,499. Wikipedia has it at 60,858. Let’s just say it’s a pretty big town. Bethesda boasts one of the highest per capita incomes in the country and has been dubbed the most educated town in the US. And with all that brain power comes expensive housing. While it’s possible to find a single family home in the $400,000s, prices generally range from $500,000 to over $3,000,000.
